In March 2002, Ms. Péron addressed the two-day seminar held by the Development Institute International on the adoption of new legal reforms regarding preferred shares given to various banks and investment institutions.

  • THALES (December 2006): Assistance to Thales SA in its €1.7 billion agreement to purchase Alcatel SA’s satellite, transport signalling and critical infrastructure protection activities

  • EADS Sogerma (December 2006): Assistance to EADS in its divestment of the aerospace maintenance business of its subsidiary Sogerma

  • CPI (September 2005):  Acquisition of CPI-Chevrillon by funds advised or managed by CVC Capital Partners and Electra Partners Europe

  • EADS (March 2005):  Assistance to EADS in the negotiation and structuring of a European industrial project in the sector of unmanned air vehicles

  • BRUEGEL (April 2004): Acquisition by funds advised or managed by PAI Funds of a controlling interest of Vivarte, followed up by a mandatory takeover

  • ANTEA (November 2003): Sale by Sageos, a subsidiary of BRGM, of its 100% interest in ANTEA

  • MATERIS Group (September 2003): Sale by funds advised or managed by CVC Capital Partners, Carlyle and Advent International as well as Lafarge and various managers of Materis Participations of a 100% interest in Materis Participations

  • Provimi S.A. (November 2002): Acquisition of Provimi S.A. by funds managed and/or advised by CVC and PAI

  • CMC (September 2002): Acquisition of CMC by Mercer Delta Consulting

  • Lustucru (September 2002): Acquisition of Lustucru by Panzani, an entity controlled by PAI Funds

  • Rétif Finance S.A. (December 2001): Leveraged buy-out by ABN Amro Rothschild

  • Générale de Santé (August 2001): Financing in connection with the listing of the company Générale de Santé

  • Matéris / Lafarge (January 2001): Leveraged buy-out by several investment funds (CVC Capital Partners, Advent International, Carlyle) of Lafarge’s special material divisions

  • Almar Group (August 2000): Leveraged buy-out by CVC funds of the Italian group Almar and its subsidiaries in France, Luxembourg, the U.K., Switzerland, Italy and Tunisia
