Elizabeth Buckley Lewis is special counsel in the Tax Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Ms. Lewis specializes in advising not-for-profit organizations, focusing on both programmatic and asset management issues, and also works with family office and asset management clients.
