Gianluca Cattani is a partner in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of Delfino e Associati, the Italian affiliate of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Rome. Mr. Cattani specializes in mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, project finance, and general corporate and securities law matters.

Mr. Cattani has represented various clients, including EDF and Northrop Grumman Corporation in a wide range of domestic and cross border transactions, including business combinations, divestitures, public and private offerings of securities, and structured and project finance deals.

Mr. Cattani is a contributor to the Italian law journal La Giurisprudenza Italiana and has authored additional articles in the area of M&A and corporate law in Italy for various Italian publications.   Mr. Cattani has also addressed various Italian National conferences on an array of corporate law matters and has addressed seminars on Capital Markets and Investment Services at the University of Siena Law School.
