Nora Ann Wallace is a partner in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Ms. Wallace specializes in corporate finance, public securities offerings, private equity investments, joint ventures, and licensing transactions related to the fashion and cosmetic industries.

Ms. Wallace is a member of the Boards of Trustees of Vassar College, the Brooklyn Academy of Music and the BAM Endowment Trust.

Ms. Wallace was a member of Willkie’s Executive Committee from 1994 to 2000. She has chaired the firm’s Marketing Committee and acted as the firm’s hiring partner. In addition, Ms. Wallace headed the committee charged with designing Willkie’s new office headquarters and executing the firm’s move in May 1998 and office expansion in 2002.
