Peter J. Allman is special counsel to the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Mr. Allman specializes in the design, implementation and administration of qualified and non-qualified pension, profit sharing, 401(k), and stock bonus plans. Mr. Allman also has significant experience in employee benefit matters involving corporate acquisitions and divestitures, and in executive employment, severance and change-of-control agreements. He regularly represents clients in employee benefit plan matters before the Department of Labor, Internal Revenue Service and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
