Pierre Ullmann is a partner in the Tax Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Paris. Mr. Ullmann advises clients on the French and international tax law aspects of mergers & acquisitions, combinations and restructurings of listed and unlisted companies, financial instruments and derivatives, international investment structures, and individual tax matters. In recent years, he has gained significant experience in handling acquisition and restructuring transactions involving complex real estate projects, particularly on behalf of foreign investors. Mr. Ullmann is a member of the International Tax Association (IFA) and the International Bar Association, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of French Tax Lawyers (IACF). Prior to joining Willkie, Mr. Ullmann led the tax law practices in the Paris offices of Brandford Griffith & Associates (2003-2006) and at Jones Day (1990-2003).
