Riccardo Pieroni is counsel in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of Delfino e Associati, the Italian affiliate of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, in Rome. Mr. Pieroni specializes in mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial law. He has been involved in several significant M&A and other commercial transactions, assisting mostly Italian companies on corporate, contractual and commercial litigation matters. Mr. Pieroni advises clients in a range of industries and sectors including telecommunications and real estate.

Prior to joining Willkie Mr. Pieroni was of counsel at Studio Legale D'Urso Gatti & Partners (2006 - 2007). He was also previously an equity partner at Studio Legale Irti (1998 - 2006), a partner at Studio Legale Aloisio (1995 - 1998), and an associate with Coudert Brothers and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York (1991 - 1994).
