Thomas H. Golden is a partner in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Mr. Golden specializes in media and First Amendment, employment, and securities matters. He also has significant experience in the area of corporate governance, governmental investigations, and appellate practice.

Mr. Golden authored the chapter on United States law in the International Libel & Privacy Handbook (Bloomberg Press 2009).
