Michèle Grégoire is European partner in the Corporate and Financial Services and Business Reorganization and Restructuring Departments of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Brussels. Ms. Grégoire specializes in banking and financial law, guaranties, and insolvency law. She also has strong experience in the area of commercial litigation, regularly serving as arbitrator in national and international cases. Additionally, she has significant expertise in the area of Supreme Court procedure as she is one of only 20 lawyers admitted to the Belgian Supreme Court.
