advises and represents a wide range of U.S. and multinational clients in connection with legislation, congressional and agency investigations, regulatory matters, policy formulation, and government relations.
The Washington office's well-known Corporate and Financial Services Department
focuses on asset management and represents mutual funds, investment advisors, broker-dealers, commercial banks, thrifts, and other entities in transactional, regulatory, and enforcement matters. The office also represents retailers and other nonfinancial companies that have consumer credit, privacy, and similar financial services issues.
The office is located in the heart of the K Street corridor in downtown Washington, D.C., close to the centers of the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the United States Government, before which our Washington attorneys practice. Many of our attorneys travel to court appearances, regulatory proceedings and related activities all over the United States, and the world, representing U.S. and foreign corporations.
